All temperature-sensitive products are packed in insulated thermal bags with food-grade ice packs. Our delivery fleet uses climate-controlled vehicles to ensure your groceries arrive in peak condition.

What is your return policy for food and beverage products?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if an item arrives damaged or expired, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo for a full refund or replacement.
